Upon arrival, I was really surprised by the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel. The check-in process was hassle-free, and even though I arrived early, I was accommodated straight away. The hotel's proximity to the subway station was convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. the hotel is located between two metro stations, nice for quick access to both the Old Town and the airport. I also appreciated the 24-hour open bar and the availability of a kettle and tea/coffee in my room. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

The location of Holiday Inn Express was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to the metro. The room was clean, spacious, and had a modern design. I appreciated the quiet AC and the large bathroom. Although the breakfast had limited options, the pasteis de nata was a nice touch. I had a comfortable and convenient stay at this hotel.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot, right in between two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city or catch a flight. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and have very comfortable beds. Plus, the hot showers are fantastic.

Modern room, USB-sockets by bed. Great location, near city center. Delicious breakfast with fresh bread selection. Excellent staff, early check-in and luggage storage. Easy access to metro, restaurants, and shops.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - it is right next to a metro station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We were able to easily explore the Old Town and even get to the airport in no time. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the 24-hour bar downstairs.
That there was no wardrobe or drawers in the room.
